Korean TV networks take aim at P2P pirates

Korean television networks are upping their offensive against peer-to-peer pirates, threatening legal action should file-sharing sites fail to remove illegal videos from their networks, the Korea Times reported. The internet units of the country’s three national television channels KBS, MBC and SBS jointly issued a warning to 79 peer-to-peer and “Web hard” online storage services they accuse of being the most severe copyright violators. The letter, dispatched through Seoul-based law firm, Yoon Yang Kim Shin & Yu, which represents the television stations, predicts a “large scale” of lawsuits against internet companies that fail to introduce effective measures to prevent users from sharing illegal copies of television shows. The 79 Internet companies named by the television networks include Nate operator SK Communications and Cyworld. Also on the list is Mgoon, an online video service, and file-sharing services such as Nowcom, which was also sued by a movie industry lobby last year, Wedisk, Endisk and Idisk, operated by Paran, a search engine and portal. The television networks sent similar warnings to seven peer-to-peer and web hard companies in January. The television networks’ strengthened action comes at a time when the government has been pushing a clampdown on illegal online content. From July, the country will enforce a new anti-file sharing provision that allows regulators to shut down web sites after a third warning over copyright infringement, regardless of whether or not the copyright holders complained about it.

time passed and x’mas came. i was sent Dont Don to try to listen. and ….. i didnt like it at all !~
then, my frd, who sent me Dont Don, made me watch X-man with her because she likes Kibum. and again, i didnt like neither him nor his smile !!!!
…. summer 2008 approached. i had more free time time & i watched 18 vs. 29, in which i came across a super cutie face – you-know-who. So i deliberately watch Siwon’s Hwangdan short drama cos’ i wanted to see that gorgeous face again. But, that’s all !! i didnt like him much enough to chase after his other activities, which means Suju’s.
i forgot Siwon for a while till i accidentally pumped into Suju’s Full House (i cant remember how i found it T___T). i’m so sure that noone who already watched Full House can NOT love Suju. and i’m certainly not an exception. then, E.H.B, SJ-T’s Idol (Adult) World, you name it.
So, that’s how I’ve been falling in love with Suju since JUNE 2008….

HOW TO USE HJSPLIT ?!

I always assume that using HJSplit is smth very popular & easy, it turns out that i’m wrong, there’re still ppl who dont know how to use it, who asks me what’s the differences b/w the mediafire (MF) parts..

So I need to make this tutorial for those who dont know what or how to use HJSplit !

First of all, why do i have to use HJSplit?! It’s because i use the MF free account which doesnt allow me to upload files bigger than 100mb. That’s why i have to split big files into smaller parts. So if you just download only 1 part from MF, sorry sorry but YOU CANT WATCH THE CLIP !!

thus, pls DOWNLOAD ALL THE MF PARTS.

then, 2nd, use HJSPLIT to join all MF parts. Only then can you enjoy the clips *^^*

Okie, here’s the story. My friend is currently working as an intern at SM. And i just finished chatting with him few minutes ago. And he is actually working at SJ BACKSTAGE !!!! OMG !!! btw, he is a big Wookie’s fan ^^

So here are what he told me while the boys were eating & resting after an interview (stupid me, too hyper to ask what interview, but i guess that’sreally not important~keke~~)

- After the Inga perf, they all had to rush to an interview, so no time for finishing eating, *poor them* esp. Siwon & Ryeowook were the two eating the least T___T

- When they came back, all were exhausted. Min looked tired & didnt want to eat but Hangeng forced him eat smth. (what a caring hyung Geng is ^^)

Spazzes abt the CB + DL Links for 3jib

okie, so i decided to take a short hiatus yesterday nite & this morning to rewatch the perf. (gosh, now i hate being the owner of these blogs, they make me have no time for my fandom T___T, should i quit blogging ? j/k I’m DL-ing the Music Core ^^)

I actually replayed it many times on YT earlier but not this HQ file. So now i replay, pause for every second to have a closer look at the boys (should i call them ‘men‘ instead ?! LOL)
I realise how long Siwon’s legs are (i know he’s the tallest, but, man, his long legs are still amazing) but i really say no to his hair, isnt it the 70s model ?! & Hyuk’s pants =D
rather than the small stage & the crazy lighting systems, this is the most awesome CB ever !!!♥♥ (hahaa~ i’m lying ~~ cos i havent watched any other CBs of other artists/groups to make comparisons =P)

but to compare themselves, i.e to the previous CB with Dont Don, this is tens times better !!! INCREDIBLY PERFECT !!! Their voices are sooooooo much different. When Suju said they are working very hard to make thier CB perfect & to make ELF proud, they truly mean it.
& here is it, the 0h-so-fabulous CB that i swear with all i have they did prepare A LOT, practice A LOT. No wonder why this is the PERFECT perf. I always prefer live perf. & frankly speaking, i didnt expect much (although i know Music Bank is live, but there’re always exceptions)
yet, to my surprise, Suju DID sing LIVE & it sounded wayyyyy better than the recorded. UNBELIEVABLE !!!! & ♥♥♥♥♥♥ their casual-yet-sophisticated outfits which are not too over top and it fits the cool/suave/charming concept so well !!!

haha~ the digitalised song make us fail in labelling their voices. I’m very surprised when seeing Yesung sing that fast part – ‘papo papo’ & Kyu ‘Hey girl, hey girl’
YESUNG !!!! * i’m screaming at his esp ‘Hey’ at the nearly end of the perf. & his smirk at the end* His sexy voice, his low-cut shirt…. holy sh*t !! that really takes my eyes off Min for a while *feeling sinful*
& Heechul’s part, which every1 thinks is Sungmin’s, is out of the blue o___O (but its understandable if we confuse cos’ Min also sings together with Chul here)
